Payment Methods

We accept payments in both Czech koruna (CZK) , Euro (EUR) and VNĐ

International Shipping

Please carefully review the information provided below when ordering from outside the Czech Republic.

1. Minimum order: Due to the high costs of handling international shipments, the minimum order must be 100 euros or more.

2. Shipping costs: Shipping costs depend on the volume, number of boxes, country of delivery and carrier.

3. Taxes and fees: Our operating costs do not include taxes and fees. All costs related to international shipping such as environmental fees, taxes and fees will be paid by the customer directly to the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local government for import-related prices and issues, and review import tax requirements.

4. Delivery times: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please note that your shipment may be delayed at customs for inspection and information.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations:  Since we process most orders within 24 business hours, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the process and are constantly running the conversion.

6. Order Rejection:  Rejected orders will be charged an additional shipping fee for return shipping plus a restocking fee.

7. Returns:  Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section of our policy.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with our products. We have made every effort to accurately describe and present all products on the website, and therefore all sales are final. All manufacturer warranties and returns will be honored. Please email to arrange any necessary arrangements.

Any other issues with the order or product must be reported within 7

working days of receipt of the goods. Any costs incurred due to the goods being returned to an incorrect Czech Post delivery address on the checkout screen will be borne by the customer. (All bank transfer charges will be charged to the customer).

We are sorry that you were unable to receive your order within the original delivery time. After checking that your package is past the estimated delivery time (excluding weekends), please follow the steps below.

Please contact the courier in advance to locate the package. Your package may be at the delivery location. If you cannot find the package, please email us at Bionailsupply.com with your order and we will assist in resolving the issue. Please note that lost packages may take several business days to be dispatched.

Will I get an order confirmation

For every order you submit to bionailsupply.com, you will receive an order confirmation. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation email. We recommend that you print and save both for your reference. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. You will need your order number for reference when you check your order status on nailsuperstore.com.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted
